How to Book

 

Bookings must be made at least 2 weeks before the date of the event.

 

NOA is closed throughout the Christmas and Easter Periods for non-regular bookings.  

In 2025 NOA is closed January 01-05, April 18-21 and December 20-31 inclusive.

In 2026 NOA is closed January 01-04, April 03-06 and December 19-31 inclusive.

 

Before completing the form below please check the availability of the room(s) you wish to book by looking at the What's On page and then telephoning 01865 552295 if it appears to be available. 

 

Please read our  Terms and Conditions  of hire.  You will need to accept these on the form.

 

Please note that all parties must be finished by 11pm in order to be out of the room by 11.30pm. You will need to include time to clean and tidy the room/s in your booking.

Please note:

  • You will receive an automatic confirmation that your form has been received, this is not confirmation of your booking; the NOA office will send a separate email to confirm this
  • Please submit a separate booking form for each room requested.
